I love the textures of Tokyo. And by this I mean that intersection of urban and natural life that seems so tangible in the Japanese capital. The combination of gritty urban textures and graphic tiles combined with grasses, plants and people's private flowerboxes fill me with a lust for discovery. One of my favorite pastimes is walking a finding little pockets inspiration. Like this one which was inspired by this composition of elements on a small side street in Daikanyama, Tokyo.
