In 2023 and 2024 I had an exhibition at Cloud Gallery in Amsterdam.
Super special to see an overview of my works. And Cloud is such a nice spot too with a true affection for Japan. You just have to taste their matcha to tell.
The name of the show was taken from my favourite colours to work with. Which accidentally also tie in a bit of my Dutch / Canadian heritage with my love for Japan.

Red White Blue
Author, blogger, photographer and web developer Bianca Toeps asked me to design the cover of her book "Deze autist ging naar Japan". A fun and honest account of how Bianca decided to move to Japan...in the middle of a global pandemic.
I loved designing the imaginative cover and also two sets of maps to accompany the places mentioned in her stories.

UNIQLO
pop-up event
Together with UNIQLO Amsterdam I hosted a pop-up event. For the "discover your locals" campaign we realised an ANO Studio mini shop selling art prints, paper goods and enamel pins.
Bringing some Amsterdam made, Japan inspired goodies to the shop floor.

Limited edition eco totebag for UNIQLO The Netherlands.
This summery totebag was designed for UNIQLO's Kanshasai festivities in the Amsterdam and Den Haag stores. Screen printed on eco canvas.

I designed the cover art for Fumiko Miura's book Polderjapanner. About life as a Japanese person in The Netherlands.
Super proud to see this one in print and even get picked as book of the month at Scheltema!
